According to FLEXMLS, the marketplace for Louisville residential properties, in July 2022 versus June 2022:
1. The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 10% to 942 units with a top sale of $3,550,000 at 7602 Harrods Ridge Dr
2. The Average Sales Price increased by 2% to $314,386 moving the Average Price Per Sq Foot down to $147 per sq foot
3. The inventory of properties available for sale measured in months supply increased by 14% to 2.46 months worth of properties for sale.
